You agree not to use Clean to engage in deceptive practices, misrepresent material facts where disclosure is legally required (such as under the EU AI Act or platform rules), infringe copyright or intellectual property, or violate applicable local laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. HexaLab makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with every platform or file format. In no event shall HexaLab be liable for any claim or damages resulting from the use of this tool.
