1. Zero Image Uploads

Clean operates entirely inside your web browser. When you select, drag and drop, or paste a photo, the file is read directly into your device's memory. All inspection and metadata cleaning is executed in a client-side Web Worker on your local processor.

Zero bytes of image data, thumbnails, file names, or metadata strings are ever transmitted to HexaLab servers, cloud APIs, or third parties.

2. Browser Security Policy (CSP)

Our privacy guarantee is enforced by strict HTTP Content Security Policy (CSP) headers sent by our web server:

connect-src 'self' https://cloudflareinsights.com; img-src 'self' blob: data:; worker-src 'self' blob:;

These rules instruct your web browser to reject any outbound network connection attempting to send data elsewhere.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

Clean does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We only save basic interface preferences (such as your chosen light or dark theme) in your browser's local storage. No file data is ever stored permanently on your drive.

4. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site visits and page views. No IP addresses, device fingerprints, or personal records are ever tracked or stored.
